Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments and service requests are subject to availability. Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee an appointment or reservation.

Your appointment or service date is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Diamond Signature Co. and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Please provide accurate contact information when submitting your request so we can contact you regarding availability and next steps.

Mobile & Travel Services

Mobile notary and wedding officiant services may be available depending on location and scheduling availability.

Additional travel fees may apply based on distance, location, parking, tolls, or other travel requirements. Any applicable travel fees will be communicated before your appointment or service is confirmed.

 Notary Services

Clients must present acceptable identification when required for the requested notarial act.

Please have your documents ready for your appointment. Do not sign a document beforehand when the signature must be made in the presence of the notary.

The signer must be willing and able to sign the document and meet all applicable requirements for the requested notarization.

Diamond Signature Co. does not provide legal advice, select legal forms, prepare legal documents, or advise customers which type of notarization they require.

Notary services may be declined when the requirements for a lawful notarization cannot be satisfied.

Wedding Officiant Services

Wedding and ceremony dates are subject to availability.

Couples are responsible for obtaining the appropriate marriage license and satisfying applicable legal requirements before the ceremony.

Any requested ceremony details, personalization, location information, and scheduling requirements should be provided before the agreed-upon deadline.

Additional charges may apply for travel, rehearsals, extended waiting time, significant schedule changes, or additional services when agreed upon in advance.

Customized Merchandise Orders

Customized products are created specifically for each customer. Product availability, pricing, minimum quantities, production times, and customization options may vary.

A ***50% non-refundable deposit*** may be required before design work, purchasing of materials, or production begins.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided with your order.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing names, dates, spelling, colors, quantities, sizes, and other customization details before approving a design.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Diamond Signature Co. is not responsible for errors contained in a design that was reviewed and approved by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because customized merchandise is made specifically for each customer, deposits and payments for work already completed, materials already purchased, or customized products already in production may be non-refundable.

If Diamond Signature Co. is unable to fulfill an order or confirmed service, the customer will be contacted regarding the appropriate resolution.

Policies for notary and wedding officiant cancellations will be communicated at the time of booking when applicable.

Turnaround Times & Rush Orders

Estimated production or completion dates are provided based on current availability.

Rush orders may be available depending on the product, quantity, materials, and requested completion date. Additional rush fees may apply and will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.

Please place customized orders as early as possible before your event.

Customer-Supplied Information & Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, wording, or other materials they provide for customization.

Diamond Signature Co. reserves the right to decline requests that we cannot reasonably or lawfully reproduce.
